The Estée Lauder Companies has become an early collaborator with OpenAI’s ChatGPT Enterprise platform, noted for its enhanced security measures. Unlike prior versions, ChatGPT Enterprise boasts enterprise-grade security, unrestricted GPT-4 access, customizable options, extended context windows for longer inputs, and advanced data analysis capabilities. OpenAI assures users that their business data, discussions, and usage won’t be employed to train AI models. The platform is SOC 2 compliant, encrypts all conversations in transit, and incorporates domain verification and SSO. Despite concerns regarding the risks associated with platforms like ChatGPT, over 80% of Fortune 500 companies have adopted it in the past nine months. The Estée Lauder Companies, among other early partners like PwC and Canva, intend to leverage generative AI for competitive innovation and operational efficiency.
