Sportswear brand Under Armour has introduced its first loyalty programme called “UA Rewards,” catering to U.S. customers aged 16 and above. Members can earn five points for every $1 spent, with additional points available for completing fitness challenges on the brand’s fitness app. The loyalty programme also offers exclusive benefits such as early access to new products, special events, and exclusive videos featuring Under Armour athletes and fitness experts. By launching this loyalty programme, Under Armour aims to strengthen its connection with consumers and provide perks to loyal customers. The move comes as the company faces stiff competition from industry giants like Nike and Adidas, and Under Armour’s CEO Stephanie Linnartz seeks to address challenges and enhance the brand’s performance in the sportswear market.
