The results show that companies that have made progress in their business-to-business (B2B) digital transformation journey outperform those that have not, in terms of revenue, profit, customer satisfaction, and responsiveness rate. The complex nature of modern supply chains, with their global reach and diverse partnerships and suppliers, has made it clear that traditional methods are no longer sufficient. The study highlights the benefits of digital transformation in the supply chain, with 78% of respondents reporting that B2B integration has improved the overall performance of their supply chains.
