Procter & Gamble deployed AI and machine learning to improve the manufacturing unit

Procter & Gamble is reimagining its manufacturing to reduce costs, improve productivity and satisfy consumers. As a result of the new multi-year partnership with Microsoft, The CPG company will adopt a digital platform dedicated to drive growth and innovation. With the help of machine learning, edge computing services, and AI, P&G will not only have visibility, but an opportunity to digitise and integrate data from more than 100 manufacturing sites situated all around the world. The company’s employees will be able to make data-informed decisions and analyse production. Procter & Gamble has already deployed technologies from Microsoft azure to analyse data, improving baby care and paper production.
