Kraft Heinz shifts to a hybrid work model and is renovating its Chicago headquarters to meet the requirements. As employees would come to the office three days a week, whiteboards and videoconferencing technologies would be installed in the conference room while transforming the grey and white outlook of the conference room. Kraft Heinz plans to demonstrate an onsite kitchen in the lobby along with gym and dining options. The conventional chair, desk and cabin concept would be replaced with comfy chairs and concentration areas built near windows, so employees to enjoy the work process.
