Georgia-Pacific has successfully integrated Infor’s CloudSuite solution, powered by its core M3 ERP system, to optimise its supply chain operations. In the initial phase of this rollout, Infor’s multi-tenant cloud solution was incorporated as the core technology platform for Georgia-Pacific’s mill-based businesses, which include four large pulp mills operating 24/7. The integration streamlines supply chain planning, enterprise performance management (EPM), factory tracking, and yard management processes. This deployment has ensured uninterrupted production within the mills, contributing to a seamless supply chain. Furthermore, international offices and warehouses across several countries were included in this transition, highlighting a comprehensive approach to supply chain enhancement and global management. The initiative signifies Georgia-Pacific’s commitment to leveraging technology for an efficient and robust supply chain network.
