General Mills launches ReTok shop on TikTok to reward sustainability

General Mills’ brand Nature Valley has launched a ReTok shop on TikTok. It features limited products from sustainable brands, including L.L.Bean, Posted, Stasher, and others. The main reason behind this new project is to reward those consumers who support environmentally conscious attitudes. They can post videos promoting sustainable practises with the hashtag #ReTokForNature and will get a chance to get a promo code that they can exchange for an item. In three phases of reducing, reusing, and recycling, new items produced in collaboration with TikTok creators will be featured in the shop too. TV hosts Stephen “tWitch” Boss and Allison Holker-Boss have been roped in to support the campaign.
