Foxtrot, the boutique convenience retailer, has opened its largest location in Austin, Texas, featuring an indoor-outdoor covered patio, an all-day café, and locally sourced food and beverage options. The store, spanning 6,000 square feet, is Foxtrot’s second location in Austin, with a third store set to open near Austin City Hall in the coming weeks. The company’s expansion plans extend beyond Austin, with potential suburban stores in Chicago, according to CEO Liz Williams. Foxtrot currently operates 27 locations across multiple states. The new store in Austin offers a range of products available for pickup and delivery through the Foxtrot mobile app, including coffee, café drinks, meals, craft beer, and wine.
