Kraft Heinz originally used Microsoft technology in April to move a large portion of its worldwide data centre assets to Azure. The solution provider’s new Supply Chain Center is now being previewed by the firm. Custom processes, data reporting, and apps that interface with current supply chain systems are all achievable through the centre.

Through the Microsoft Supply Chain Platform, Kraft Heinz will have access to smart news insights and order management capabilities. The order management portion of the technology automates the fulfilment process by utilising real-time inventory data, AI, and machine learning. Kraft Heinz can determine if it needs to obtain new supply sources or engage with other vendors.
