PepsiCo’s third annual “She is PepsiCo” campaign showcases women’s advancement in frontline careers within its supply chains, expanding globally from its US origins in 2022. Over two dozen honorees, including truck drivers, mechanics, and merchandisers, are recognised through truck rebranding and unveiling events. The initiative has boosted female applicants for frontline roles by 6% since 2022, with over 800 female associates promoted to supervisory positions. Chief Human Resource Officer Becky Schmitt underscores the broader benefits to communities and businesses. PepsiCo’s commitment extends to initiatives like the Million Women Mentors, with employees dedicating over 23,000 volunteer hours to mentor women and girls in STEM. With a diverse product portfolio and $91 billion in net revenue in 2023, PepsiCo continues to drive gender diversity and empowerment.
