L’Oréal has partnered with Vertily to conduct the “My Skin & Hair Journey” study, a multi-year research initiative focused on understanding the factors influencing skin and hair health over time. Thousands of self-identifying women aged 18 to 70 from diverse backgrounds in the US are invited to participate by sharing their experiences through surveys and self-reported data. The study aims to create an extensive registry to gain insights into perceptions and experiences related to skin and hair health. It also plans to identify biomarkers and unique biological signatures for early detection and prevention of skin disorders. Leveraging this collaboration with Verily, L’Oréal aims to pioneer personalised beauty innovations for global consumers by developing precise and inclusive skincare products based on the study’s findings.
