Through metaverse, Deloitte aims to show retailers how virtual commerce can be leveraged with augmented reality, allowing retailers to create smart solutions for their businesses. To expand Deloitte’s presence in the Middle East, the brand has appointed Hosein Moghaddas to help retailers smoothly transit into the digitalised model. Moghaddas said that Deloitte aims to demonstrate to retailers what the metaverse is and how they can take their business to the next level by offering their consumers the benefits of omnichannel retail via gamification and 3D graphics.
