Colgate-Chief Palmolive’s Supply Chain Officer is Mike Corbo. He joined the firm in 1982, when petroleum was 34 pence a gallon and Ronald Reagan was president. Corbo has travelled the world in a variety of industrial and supply chain capacities. According to Corbo, the primary supply chain concerns today are the severity and frequency of interruptions. Looking ahead, he explains that we want to be an inventive, growing firm, but in order to do so, we need to invest in and focus on our people. He further added that we must ensure that our employees have the talents, capabilities, and resources to flourish and contribute to our aim of growth and innovation.
