Campbell’s Chunky FuelUp Tournament brings physical competition to virtual world

Campbell Soup Company has unveiled its first Metaverse experience, “Fortnite Creative,” a popular sandbox game. The Chunky FuelUp Tournament has three distinct tasks that put players’ speed, agility, and accuracy to the test. The highest scorers will compete for rewards such as tickets to NFL games in 2023. The competition includes the “Spicy Soup Sprint,” in which participants race to complete the course in record time by flying through branded cans of soup and sliding down a big spoon. There’s the “Protein Power Course,” in which participants go through an agility-based training course, juking past dummies and other football-themed obstacles as they race toward the end zone, followed by the “Hearty Hail Mary,” in which players try to toss soup cans into the moving targets.
