Tyson Foods’ Venture Capital Arm has decided to consult entrepreneurs and innovators to help the food giant establish a clear system and reach its sustainability goals by the near future. Tyson Ventures is aiming to achieve various sustainability indicators like 1, Reducing greenhouse gas emissions and food waste. 2, Introducing sustainable water management solutions and sustainable packaging. 3, Considering animal welfare and soil health, and 4, Promoting regenerative agriculture. Tysons Foods has taken the accelerator approach to improve its sustainability footprint through third-party expertise and assistance. The meat giant is organising a demo day pitch event on 11 July 2022.
