IBM has decided to help Marks & Spencer India to update its supply chain by integrating online channels and physical stores to improve customer satisfaction. M&S India is establishing an omnichannel capability with IBM’s efficient supply chain solutions, integrated with the Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
